Please check your email and phone in time,if product out of stock and delivery failed we will email or Phone call to you(Phone number is from China +86).The delivery failed parcel will keep in post 7 days,parcel should be picked up within 7 days,Otherwise the post will destroy the parcel.If Client not respond the PICK UP INFORM email and phone call in 7 days.
vioye will not responsible for any delivery failed parcel.
2. If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email help@vioye.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Vioye Maker is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Vioye can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
